Ian has worked in thedesign and construction industry for over 13 years. His experience ranges from working in construction and building envelope restoration, project management and sustainability consulting. He believes in a whole systems and regenerative approach to design and looks to find new ways to blend the built environment with the natural world. Through intelligent design, he looks to create a symbiosis between human needs and the environment, making human spaces integrated with existing natural systems instead of detrimental. Ian’s solid understanding of building science, healthy building design and his dedication to the environment, have allowed him to combine his knowledge to create Signature Sustainability. Ian received his M.S. in Energy & Environmental Analysis from Boston University.
Harshul Singhal

As a sustainability specialist, Harshul is wholly committed to sustainability and climate responsive designs. He has considerable expertise in developing high performance design strategies both for new-build and refurbishment projects, and an extensive analytical knowledge of building energy performance and resource conservation strategies.
His substantial body of creative work in the USA, China, India and other parts of the world demonstrates his commitment to sustainable and renewable sources, while his ongoing research and teaching responsibilities enables him to underpin his professional work with scholarship and contribute to lifelong learning.
As an architect and an engineer, he has proved to be a highly effective bridge between the two very different worlds of architectural design and building services, where communication has traditionally been poor.
